Below is a list of the most frequently asked questions. If these do not answer your question, please send an e-mail to info@debontewever.nl and we will contact you as soon as possible!

Do you only accept reservations for all-inclusive packages?
No, De Bonte Wever also has the option of booking just a room. All our room reservations include breakfast.

What is included in the all-inclusive packages?
All beverages in the house range, breakfast, lunch (with a minimum of 2 nights) and dinner, use of the swimming paradise, sauna paradise, gym, activities, accommodation, bowling alley and various snacks.

Which alcoholic beverages are included in the house range?
Port (red and white), Sherry (medium and dry), Licor de la Vanillia, Vermouth, Jonge Jenever, black-currant gin, Lemon brandy, Vieux, Beerenburg, Apfelcorn, Jägermeister, Rum, Red and white Vodka, Malibu, Gin, Amaretto, Passoa, Blue Caraçao, Pissang, Safari, Whisky, Cointreau, Bailey’s, Tia Maria, Advokaat, Beer (Grolsch), Red wine, White wine, Rosé and Sweet white wine.

What time can I check in?
Check in is available from 3 pm.

What time do I have to check out?
You can check out up to 10.30 am.

Is it possible to arrive earlier?
Yes, De Bonte Wever has the option of booking an early arrival. You can use the facilities from 11.00 am onwards and also everything that is included in the all-inclusive formula (including lunch). However, it is not possible to use your room. The charges for an early arrival are € 17.50 p.p.

Could I leave later?
Yes, De Bonte Wever has the option of booking a late departure. You can use all the facilities and the all-inclusive formula (including lunch and beverages on the day of arrival) up to 3 pm. However, you do have to vacate your room before 10.30 am. The charges for a late departure are € 17.50 p.p.

What about cancellations?
Booking with De Bonte Wever is not without obligation. We apply the Uniform Terms and Conditions for Horeca (UVH) for cancellations, and you can download those here from our website. These terms and conditions also describe exactly up to which time you can still cancel free of charge. You can also conclude a cancellation insurance with us for 4% of the reservation value.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Unfortunately pets are not welcome, except for guide dogs.

Is the hotel a non-smoking environment?
Yes, the entire hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is possible outside on one of the terraces. Our complex has a small smoking room, but that is not inside the hotel.

Which facilities do you have available for disabled users?
All hotel rooms and the entire complex are accessible. If you need assistance, we have a number of rooms that are furnished specifically for people with incapacities. In these rooms the shower area has extra grab bars. Unfortunately the shower area is not accessible for guests with an electric wheelchair, but we can place a shower chair on request. When you book you must state explicitly that you wish to book that type of room.

Are wheelchairs available?
The hotel has a small number of wheelchairs, you can enquire at reception. However, you cannot book wheelchairs.

Does the hotel have its own car park?
We have sufficient parking facilities adjacent to the hotel. Parking is free of charge.

Does the hotel have a bicycle shed?
We have a covered bicycle shed. They can be used on the basis of availability.

Does the hotel have charge points for electric bikes?
We have a number of charge points for electric bikes. They can be used on the basis of availability.

Is it possible to rent a bike?
Yes, there is a sports shop inside the complex and they offer bicycle hire. It is also possible to state this requirement when you make your reservation.

Are you able to cater for specific diets?
Our kitchen is able to deal with all dietary requirements. Please note any dietary requirements when you make your reservation.

What types of rooms do you have available?
Double room

Triple room

4-person Family room (2 box-spring beds and a bunk bed)

XL room (4 people)

A single person supplement of  € 37.50 per room per night applies to any room type.

All room types have space for a cot.

Is internet available?
Yes, every room has free internet. In the public spaces you have access to the Wi-Fi network. You can also use our special computer corner.

Do you have safes?
Yes, every room has a safe. They can be used free of charge.

Air-conditioning and heating?
All rooms have individual cooling and heating.

Do I have free use of the gym?
Yes, with an all-inclusive package and a Bed & Breakfast package you have free access, but it is compulsory to wear sports clothing and indoor sports shoes.

Does De Bonte Wever have an activities team?
Yes, De Bonte Wever has an enthusiastic activities team. Generally, participation in the activities is included in your package.

Are there facilities for children?
Yes, our complex has a swimming pool (with a paddling pool), a bowling alley (with child bumpers), the Wevershuis (activities for children), a Kids jungle (playground), a children’s corner in the lobby and a climbing frame in De Bonte Brink.
