General Terms and Conditions

Purchased tickets are non-refundable. The right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets for events on a specific date.

By accepting/using tickets, you agree to our house and behavioral rules (available upon request or via our website).

Identification is mandatory within De Bonte Wever.

De Bonte Wever is entirely smoke-free (including e-cigarettes/vapes).

We do not consider concerts and party nights (except for special children's programs) suitable for guests under 18 years of age. If minors are present, it is solely under the responsibility and supervision of the parent or guardian. The parent or guardian is at all times responsible for the behavior of the minor, as well as any risks associated with, among other things, sound level, alcohol consumption, and the timing of the event.

If a minimum age is set for an event, guests younger than this age will not be admitted.

All our reservations are subject to the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH). Upon request, we will provide you with a copy of the UVH.

For most events, the venue is generally arranged with standing areas and a limited number of seating areas (not reservable).

Are you disabled? At many of our events, accessible tickets are available. These tickets are intended for visitors who, due to medical reasons, cannot stand for long periods or are wheelchair-bound. A suitable seat will be arranged. A maximum of 2 tickets can be purchased per order: 1 accessible visitor and 1 companion. In the week before the concert, you will receive more practical information by email or phone about access, seating, and other facilities. There is a limited number of accessible tickets available.

Access to events is not included in (hotel) all-inclusive packages, nor are consumptions during the event.

The displayed rate on the purchased ticket is exclusive of € 1.50 service charges.

At most events, we operate a "cup return system." Click HERE for all information and procedures.

Photo and video recordings can be made during events for reporting and promotion purposes. If you have any objections, please report them upon entry.
