Event Hospitality Staff

The doors open, the first guests order a drink, and everything is being prepared on stage for the performance. You and your colleagues are ready for a great evening. Behind the bar, at the reception, or in the cloakroom: you ensure that guests feel welcome.

As event hospitality staff at De Bonte Wever in Assen, you work during concerts, trade shows, conferences, and other events. Always a different program, different audience, and different tasks. From a friendly welcome to a smoothly served drink: your attention contributes to the experience.

Are you looking for a varied job or a part-time job alongside your studies, sports, or other activities? We will coordinate your work hours in consultation.

You can be deployed in various locations. One time you help guests at the bar, another time you welcome visitors or take coats in the cloakroom. Together with your team, you ensure everything runs smoothly.

You are involved in activities such as:

• Receiving and welcoming guests;
  

• Preparing and serving drinks behind the bar;
  

• Taking and returning coats in the cloakroom;
  

• Answering questions and assisting guests;
  

• Keeping your workplace tidy and organized;
  

• Working with colleagues during various events.
  

You can work on different days of the week, mainly in the evenings and weekends. Together we'll discuss your availability.

You easily make contact and enjoy ensuring guests have a pleasant evening or a successful visit. Even when it's busy, you stay friendly and help your colleagues.

Additionally, we find it important that you:

• Are at least 18 years old;
  

• Are enthusiastic and eager to start working;
  

• Are flexible, available in evenings and weekends;
  

• Enjoy welcoming and assisting guests and artists;
  

• Enjoy working with your team.
  

Experience in hospitality is a plus, but not required.
