You make sure everyone feels welcome

A guest walks in, colleagues start their work, and a new activity begins in various places in the building. You ensure that the environment is clean and tidy. You notice what needs attention, address it, and help a guest with a question in between.

As a facility employee at de Bonte Wever, you contribute every day to a pleasant environment for guests and colleagues. You work mostly independently and are on the move a lot. A clean floor, a neat space: thanks to your attention, the building looks good.

You focus on the daily cleaning of our building. You look beyond just your own tasks. Does a spot need extra attention? Then you see it and take action.

You will be involved in:

• daily cleaning and maintaining the tidiness of the building;

• checking if spaces are clean and tidy;

• independently handling your cleaning tasks;

• maintaining order and tidiness during your work;

• helping guests kindly when they have questions;

• collaborating and coordinating with your colleagues.

You work at least 20 hours per week. We adjust the number of hours based on your availability. You are available on weekdays and weekends, both during the day and in the evening. Work hours are determined in consultation.

You love a clean, tidy environment and enjoy working actively. You take responsibility for your work and have an eye for detail. Even when it's busy, you remain calm and work carefully.

• are neat and presentable;

• enjoy tackling tasks;

• are flexibly available on the mentioned days and moments.

It's a physical role, where you move around a lot during your shift.
