A family sits down in Flinck, you order a drink in the Caféstraat, and a table is ready for dinner at Bistro Dapper. You can work at all those places. You welcome guests, serve dishes, or stand behind the bar. And during an event, you help ensure the evening goes smoothly along with your colleagues.

As a hospitality employee at de Bonte Wever in Assen, you work in various hospitality locations. You meet different guests and switch between tasks. This variety makes your work enjoyable. Wherever you are, you ensure guests feel welcome.

You assess what is needed and step in where you can. Your tasks include:

• receiving and welcoming guests at the entrance;

• serving guests;

• preparing and serving drinks at the bar;

• assisting during events;

• working alternately in the Caféstraat, Bistro Dapper, and Flinck.

You work with colleagues, each having their own place and tasks. Together, you create a pleasant atmosphere and a hospitable visit.

You gain energy from interacting with guests. You easily start a conversation, enjoy helping others, and recognize when you can offer something extra.
