In the swimming and sauna paradise of the Bonte Wever, something is always happening. While guests slide down the slide, relax in the sauna, or enjoy the wave pool, you and your colleagues keep an eye on safety.

You rotate from supervision spot every half hour. This keeps your work varied and keeps each other sharp. You pay attention to what is happening in and around the swimming paradise, address guests if necessary, and intervene immediately when safety demands it.

In addition, you are a host or hostess. Guests come to you with questions about the swimming paradise, the facilities, or the house rules. You help them kindly and, together with your colleagues, ensure that the swimming paradise remains clean, tidy, and safe.

Whether you want to work a few hours a week or a bit more: we'd be happy to look at the possibilities together. We are looking for colleagues who want to work between 4 and 30 hours per week. There is also room to work on different days and at different times.

You work in an environment where no day is the same. One time you help a family on their way, the next time you provide extra supervision at the wave pool. You work together with a close-knit team where you look after each other and support each other.

For this position, we are looking for someone who takes responsibility and stays calm when necessary. You see what happens, address people in a pleasant manner, and know when to take action.

You bring at least:

• a valid certificate Swimming Rescue for Pools;

• a valid first aid diploma;

• a flexible attitude;

• good interpersonal skills;

• a service and guest-oriented work attitude;

• a good command of the Dutch language;

• good cooperation with colleagues.
